TURN US BACK, OUR FATHER, TO YOUR TORAH

Throughout the generations, we have always been turning back; back to the day our forefathers stood at הר סיני upon the summit of Torah and Avodah, and accepted the Torah with the enthusiasm of נעשה ונשמע. Thus, we ask Hashem our Father, who lovingly gifted us with His holy Torah, to be turned back to “Your” Torah, that is, to the Torah that we received from the mouth of Hashem Himself in His glory at Har Sinai.
