Q:
Can we believe that there’s life on the other planets?
A:
Let me tell you what a great scientist said; Sir John Eccles, E-C-C-L-E-S – a big scientist. And he said, there are so many conditions essential for the maintenance of life on this earth, that it’s impossible to imagine that such a combination could exist anyplace else.
You don’t realize what’s necessary for life! Unless somebody who has a good imagination will think of other kinds of life, but life as we know it, is impossible to be anywhere else.
Maybe, you’ll say, someplace way out in the remote places in the universe there’s another planet that has all these conditions. Well, let’s listen to what Sir John Eccles says. There are so many conditions that have to be satisfied precisely – so many of them, that it’s impossible to imagine that these conditions would be duplicated anyplace in the universe. So forget about it and rely on Sir John Eccles.
