Q:

After we finish the hagaddah, is it better to, let’s say, say Tehillim, or to elaborate on the hagaddah with mefarshim and midrash?

A:

After the hagaddah, anything you do to be ממשיך לספר ביציאת מצרים, to continue speaking about the story of Yetzias Mitzrayim, is very good. Don’t forget to go to sleep on time however; you have to get up tomorrow morning to go to davenen. But if you are able to be up a little longer, Yetzias Mitzrayim comes first, before Tehillim. Yetzias Mitzrayim – that’s the subject of the night; it’s very important to spend that time on this topic; you’ll get more siyata dishmaya for doing that. If Hakodosh Boruch Hu told you למען תספר that night, so He’s going to give you more siyata dishmaya if you do that. Therefore, that’s the subject of the night.
