Q:

What can we do to achieve unity in Klal Yisroel?

A:

Charity begins at home. First of all, you yourself should become a friend of Klal Yisroel. That’s not so easy! Right now you’re sitting in your own little corner, so it’s easy to talk about unity – as long as others will be doing the work. But once you start coming into contact with others, you might discover that it’s not so easy.
So first, practice it yourself. Start working on loving all Jews who are shomrei Torah. If you do that, then you have already achieved a very great act for this goal of an achdus in Klal Yisroel. First do it yourself!
