Q:In some seforim they make it sound like doing teshuva is not so hard. It’s a process, but it’s not so hard. But in other seforim it says that it’s a big avodah of changing who you are completely. What’s the truth?
Q: Could the Rav discuss the types of sins for which Gehenom cleanses a person for Gan Eden and the other sins that will cause a person to have to stay there and not be able to come out? Who gets to Gan Eden and who doesn’t?
