Prepare Beforehand
It says “Hikon Likras Elokecha Yisroel”. Everything in Avodas Hashem requires preparation. One of the ways to work on Tefillah is through preparation. Study the Tefillah beforehand, not just when it comes time to pray. Then, when it does come time to pray, your head is already full of the ideas of the Tefillah, thus making it so much easier to concentrate and pray sincerely to Hashem.
